FieldVision allows you to take photos of kiosks and report damage immediately without organizing different folders for pictures, using third party softwares or having to redo work and review later. Just login, scan the kiosk, report any damages, and submit.
FieldVision is an internal app created to help ChargeItSpot/ARC field technicians report damages to their kiosks. As part of the Field Preventative Maintenance process, technicians will be required to submit photos from every side of the kiosks. By scanning a QR code at the kiosk’s screen, FieldVision will instantly know the kiosk’s information and history report. Technicians will submit 3 photos and report any damages that need fixing. ChargeItSpot/ARC will review the submissions and send the needed parts to solve the issue.
